Bolna ships Vobiz as a built-in telephony provider. Paste two credentials into the Providers screen and your agents place and answer calls on numbers in 130+ countries, reaching 190, with call audio streaming straight between the line and your agent. No trunk to configure, no code to write.
Vobiz is a built-in provider in Bolna, so there is no trunk to stand up on either side. The two are joined by a live media stream rather than a SIP trunk — Bolna supports SIP as well and prefers streaming — which is why the setup is two credentials instead of a termination URI, a username, a password and a gateway list. Outbound and inbound are both configured in the Bolna platform.
A voice agent sounds right in the playground long before it can take a call. What it needs next is a number people will answer, a route that satisfies the rules of the market it is dialling into, and a carrier who picks up when a call path misbehaves. That is a different discipline from prompt design, and it is where most voice AI projects stall.
Bolna handles the conversation. Vobiz handles everything underneath it, in 130+ countries. The two connect in a dropdown.
Vobiz is already in Bolna's provider list. Selecting it and entering two credentials is the whole connection.
Open the Providers section in Bolna, find Vobiz, and enter your Auth Token and Auth Secret from the Vobiz Console. The telephony status flips to Connected. There is nothing to whitelist and nothing to build.
The call and your agent are joined by a live media stream instead of a SIP trunk you configure and maintain. Fewer moving parts between the caller's voice and your agent's reply, and no trunk credentials, termination URI or gateway list to get wrong.
Local, mobile and toll-free inventory across 130+ countries, with outbound reach to 190, including regulated formats where a market demands them — India's 140-series and 1600-series among them. Provision them inside Bolna, or use numbers you already hold.
Provision new Vobiz numbers from inside the Bolna platform. Numbers already in your Vobiz account appear in the selection list automatically once the provider is added. There is nothing to import.
Select Vobiz in an agent's Call Agent settings and outbound routes through it. Choose an answering agent in the Inbound section and assign the numbers it owns. Same two credentials, both directions.
Bolna keeps transcripts and call logs for what was said. Vobiz writes a call detail record with 43 fields, including MOS, jitter, packet loss and hangup attribution, for how the call was carried.
Find your credentials in the Vobiz Console under Settings, then work through Bolna.
The full walkthrough, with screenshots of every screen, lives in the Vobiz docs.
Read the integration guideYes. Vobiz appears in Bolna's Providers section. Enter your Auth Token and Auth Secret, and the telephony status shows Connected. Nothing needs to be built on either side beyond that.
No. Call audio streams between Vobiz and Bolna rather than being handed across a SIP trunk. Bolna supports SIP as well and prefers streaming, so this integration uses it — which is why there are no trunk credentials, no termination URI and no gateway IPs to configure.
You can provision numbers in 130+ countries and place outbound calls to 190. Where a market has its own number formats or registration rules, Vobiz issues under them rather than routing around them — India's 140-series and 1600-series numbers, for example, alongside local, mobile and toll-free inventory elsewhere.
Yes. Numbers already in your Vobiz account appear in Bolna's selection list automatically as soon as you add your credentials as a provider. There is nothing to import or re-register.
Both, from the same connection. Select Vobiz as the provider in an agent's Call Agent settings for outbound, then assign Vobiz numbers to an answering agent in Bolna's Inbound section.
No. The whole setup runs through the Bolna platform and the Vobiz Console. Two credentials, a provider dropdown, an inbound assignment.
Create a Vobiz account, add balance, and paste your Auth Token and Auth Secret into Bolna. The guide takes it from there.
