Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using the Vobiz platform you represent that you meet these requirements and are not prohibited from using our services under any applicable laws.

If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and "you" and "your" apply to both you and the organisation.

Services Offered

Vobiz provides API-first telecom infrastructure for developers and businesses, including:

• —Instant DID provisioning across global regions
• —Elastic SIP trunking and dynamic voice routing
• —Programmable Call Control APIs
• —WhatsApp Business API integration and messaging
• —AI-enhanced telephony including transcription and noise cancellation
• —Network coverage and carrier-grade infrastructure

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time to maintain system integrity, comply with regulations, or improve the platform.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Vobiz only for lawful purposes in compliance with TRAI/DLT norms, FCC regulations, and the laws of your jurisdiction. You agree not to:

• —Use the platform for spam, robocalls, or unsolicited communications
• —Engage in fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices
• —Disrupt or overload our infrastructure
• —Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other accounts
• —Resell or sublicense services without prior written consent
• —Transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content

Payments & Billing

Access requires payment of applicable fees as described on our pricing page or custom contract. All fees are denominated in USD or INR as specified and are based on actual platform consumption. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Unpaid balances may result in service throttling, suspension, or termination.

You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including usage by authorized or unauthorized third parties, until you formally notify us of any security compromise.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to stop using the Vobiz platform, you can initiate a cancellation request at any time by contacting our support team at support@vobiz.ai. Upon receiving your cancellation notice, our team will review your account status, reconcile any pending usage, and process the closure of your account.

Refund Policy

Refunds are evaluated and processed strictly based on your actual consumption of Vobiz services:

• —Utilized Services: Fees for services already consumed (including active DIDs/phone numbers, SIP channels, call minutes, transcription, and WhatsApp traffic) are non-refundable.
• —Unused Prepaid Balance: Upon verified cancellation, we will review your account and issue a refund for any eligible unused balance remaining after accounting for all services rendered up to the termination date.
• —Processing: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days subject to standard banking settlement timelines.

Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and materials on the Vobiz platform — including software, APIs, documentation, trademarks, and logos — are the property of Ilaimitado Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Publicity & Marketing Reference: By creating an account and using the Vobiz platform, you grant Vobiz (Ilaimitado Private Limited) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display your company name, trade name, and logo on our website, customer lists, and marketing collateral solely to identify your business as a customer of Vobiz. You may opt out of this publicity right or request the removal of your logo at any time by sending written notice to support@vobiz.ai.

Warranties & Liability

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vobiz's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We may update these Terms at any time with notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.
