By using the Vobiz platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you are not prohibited from using our services under any applicable laws.

If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and the terms "you" and "your" apply to both you and the organization.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time to maintain system integrity, comply with regulations, or improve the platform.

You agree to use the Vobiz platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations, including TRAI and DLT norms (India), FCC regulations (United States), and the local market laws and regulations of the country in which you operate. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the telecommunications and data protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Access to Vobiz services requires payment of applicable fees as described on our pricing page or enterprise agreement. All fees are denominated in USD or INR as specified and are calculated based on your platform usage.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the service after a price adjustment takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new rates. Unpaid or overdue balances may result in temporary service throttling, suspension, or account termination.

You remain responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including API usage by authorized or unauthorized third parties, until you formally notify us of any security compromise.

All content, technology, and materials on the Vobiz platform — including but not limited to software, APIs, documentation, trademarks, and logos — are the property of Ilaimitado Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding the platform may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

Publicity & Marketing Reference: By creating an account and using the Vobiz platform, you grant Vobiz (Ilaimitado Private Limited) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display your company name, trade name, and logo on the Vobiz website, customer lists, and marketing collateral solely to identify your business as a customer of Vobiz. You may opt out of this publicity right or request the removal of your logo at any time by sending written notice to support@vobiz.ai.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties. Vobiz does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vobiz's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the three months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on our platform. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
