Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Vobiz.ai website or any services provided through our platform, including APIs, DIDs, SIP Trunks, voice infrastructure, and developer tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services.

Services Offered

Vobiz provides API-first telecom infrastructure tailored for developers building AI-powered voice applications. Our services may include:
- Instant DID provisioning
- SIP trunking and voice routing
- Call control APIs
- Call transcription, recording, and analytics
- Developer dashboard and tools
- AI-enhanced telephony features (e.g., noise cancellation, chunked streaming)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

Account and API Access

To access certain features, you must create an account and obtain API credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity conducted using your account.

You must not:
- Share your credentials with third parties
- Attempt unauthorized access or reverse-engineering
- Use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform:
- For spam or robocalls in violation of TRAI/DLT norms
- To violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
- To transmit harmful, defamatory, or infringing content
- To resell services without permission

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of this policy.

Payment and Pricing

Our pricing is usage-based (per minute, per DID, etc.) and may include minimum commitments or prepaid balances. By using the service, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on the pricing page or your agreement.

We reserve the right to revise pricing with prior notice.

Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using Vobiz, you consent to our data practices as outlined there.

All customer call data, metadata, and usage logs are securely stored and may be processed to provide services such as transcription, analytics, or monitoring.

Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and telecom regulations, including but not limited to:
- TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India)
- DLT registration for promotional/transactional calls
- Consent and opt-in rules for voice outreach

Intellectual Property

All rights to the Vobiz platform, trademarks, software, and documentation are owned by Ilaimitado Private Limited.. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written consent.

Warranties & Liability

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, call quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vobiz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or for operational/security concerns.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
